Get ready to feast! Restaurant Week comes to the Adirondacks with EAT ADK May 2nd to 9th. At the fourth annual foodie fest, over forty restaurants are offering special $15, $20, and $30 prix fixe menus. You may want to book ahead to make sure you can take advantage of the fabulous deals.
EAT ADK was started by Professor Joe Conto with the help of students from Paul Smith’s College Field Studies in Hospitality class and Professor Kelly Cerialo. Its goal is to celebrate “good eats” in the Adirondacks and introduce the community to new menu items at local restaurants. They’ve also teamed up with the Backpack Program food drive from now till May 9th so you can even pay it forward!
We are very excited about EAT ADK because two of our favorite restaurants, Salt of the Earth Bistro (mention GO-Cottage for your 10% discount) and Liquids and Solids, are participating. Check out the $20 brunch themed menu at Salt of the Earth and the $30 gourmet set menu at Liquids and Solids. Both restaurants are just a 5 minute walk from GO-Cottage and we have availability that whole week. So you could literally roll yourself home if you’re too full to do much else!
