Reservation Policy

There is a 2 night minimum stay required.

Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 11am.

A deposit of the total rent is due in full and payable upon making a reservation. 50% deposit is due if booking is 1 year in advance. There is a refundable security deposit and a cleaning service fee. The security deposit will be returned to you within 7 business days after your departure, as long as the cottage is left in good condition.
We have a strict 90 day cancelation policy. No cancelation for holidays or special events.
Reservation is payable via Paypal or Venmo
Pets are welcome for $25 per pet, per night.

Beautifully decorated cottages located in the perfect location. It is just a few minutes from downtown Lake Placid and a few minutes from Adirondack Loj where you can pick up most trails. GO-Cottage was perfect for us. We would definitely rent again. Highly recommend it!!

So cute! Check-in was a breeze and we found both cottages to be charming. The location is perfect- very close to many of the 46er trailheads as well as downtown LP which has a lot of fun shops and wonderful restaurants. This place is a must-stay!

What a wonderful experience! The 2 bedroom and Studio cottages were perfect. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends. Perfect location, about 15 minutes walking distance to Main St, Lake Placid. It was a great birthday weekend!

GO-Cottage listing was exactly as described. I enjoyed it very much and was impressed how well stocked it was. ‘Replace what you use’; Sharon follows the karma usage rule so it was a pleasant surprise to not come in late in the evening and have it be bare. The home is very quiet for being on the main road, it is set back far enough to be quiet and I could see the stars in the evening.
