The Adirondacks region has the most beautiful setting for autumn. We have an incredible display of autumn’s changing colors here because of our gorgeous natural landscape. And one of the best ways to celebrate fall’s arrival in Lake Placid is to attend the Festival of Colors on Saturday September 8th.
The annual event is even free for the public! It includes tons of children’s activities, art demonstrations, live music, and food vendors. This year begins a new Battle of the Cupcakes. So bring the whole family for your autumn vacation and stay at cozy GO-Cottage.

I just want to congratulate you on the exquisite job you did on the Cottages! Did I mention how dreamy the beds are? I had my best night's sleep in weeks. Ahhhhh Oh my god! I just want to move in today. You have such lovely taste. It has such a peaceful aura. We all had a wonderful stay. Thank you again.
