The Adirondacks are one of the most beautiful places to experience fall – and what better way to do so than paddling through ADK’s pristine waters in the Adirondack Canoe Classic?
The annual three day race, held from September 9th through 11th this year, takes participants along a 90 mile chain of lakes and rivers. And it’s not limited to canoeing! Kayaks and guide boats are welcome to join the fun.
The continuous route goes from the Old Forge, through Raquette Lake, Forked Lake, Long Lake, and Upper Saranac Lake, eventually ending up in Lake Flower in the village of Saranac Lake.
Our two-bedroom cottage is available that weekend, whether you’re participating in the race, supporting the participants, or just looking for a fun follow up to Labor Day weekend.
